It is totally the Bible’s teaching itself without use of, or reference to, commentaries or books about the Bible. It is an effort to see the Bible’s message from beginning to end as one complete picture. Many people never see the Bible’s marvelous theme because they get side-tracked, frustrated, or lost in details. But once the whole picture is seen, all its contributing parts can easily fit into their places. The first section is the will or purpose of God planned before creation. The last section is the Day of Pentecost when all the theme threads come together. Each of the eight sections is one of the ways God’s theme message of redemption is carried throughout the Bible. The Bible’s theme is like looking at the Mississippi River from a satellite, where every contributing rivulet joins into a mighty stream. Looking back through this theme from Pentecost in Acts two is like seeing a symmetrical rug pattern woven from many various and different colorful threads. Instead of paragraphs, separate sentences are used in an expanded outline form to enable better over-all viewing. All verses are written out so that the reader can see immediately their connections. Charts illustrate each section to graphically show at a single glance the whole picture. Would you like the Bible to show you where it is going? - Jim Massey
