The Bible Wins Again

This week I read an account of a survey conducted by the associated press.  They evaluated more then 4000 “How-To” books on the subject of self-improvement.  Any Christian could have told them what the result would be, but it was interesting none-the-less.  They determined that the bible was the best book on how to improve one’s self. It always has been and it will remain so until the Lord comes back.  2000 years ago it was the Apostle Peter who told us that we don’t need any other source : “seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.” ( II Pet. 1: 3 )
